Julia M. Ingle, Esq. is a Partner at the law firm of Lubell Rosen, and is a Member of The Florida Bar. As an advocate for the physician, Ms. Ingle’s practice at the firm
focuses on Medical Malpractice Defense, including but not limited to Presuit/Notice of Intent, conducting and defending depositions, client preparation for depositions, motion practice, and trial work. Additionally, Ms. Ingle prepares responses to Department of Health/Board of Medicine investigations, Agency for Healthcare Administration investigations (overpayment audits) and Medicare / Medicaid complaints. Ms. Ingle attends hearings on behalf of clients before these Boards/Agencies as well.
Ms. Ingle was born in Miami, Florida and obtained her B.A. from the University of Central Florida in Advertising/Public Relations in 2000. Ms. Ingle obtained her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 2006 and has been a member of the Florida Bar since that time. While in law school, Ms. Ingle was a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Health Law Society, and the Pro Bono Honors Program, and interned at the Legal Aid Society of Broward County in the Children’s Advocacy Unit.
Ms. Ingle’s background also includes work at several not-for-profit health systems in the areas of Public Relations/Community Relations and Labor & Delivery.
